Welcome to cleanmusclebins.com, operated by Clean Muscle Bins LLC ("Clean Muscle Bins," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Clean Muscle Bins provides mobile trash bin cleaning, dumpster cleaning, and related cleaning services at the customer's address ("the Service"). Service is available within our defined service area in southwest Kansas, including Garden City, Dodge City, Liberal, Cimarron, and Scott City, KS.

Service availability is subject to scheduling capacity and confirmation. Not all services may be available in all areas at all times.

Booking and Scheduling

When you request a quote or book a service through our website, phone, text, or email, you are submitting a service inquiry, not a binding commitment. A service agreement is confirmed when we respond with a confirmed appointment slot and you accept.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel service requests that fall outside our service area or capacity.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is published on the website and confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are per bin, per service, unless otherwise stated.

• 1-Year Subscription: $35 per cleaning, per bin. Includes one automatic cleaning every month for the year. Added bins are $25 per added bin, per cleaning.
• Quarterly Plan: $55 per cleaning, per bin. Includes one cleaning every quarter. Added bins are $25 per added bin, per cleaning.
• One-Time Clean: $75 per bin. Added bins are $25 per added bin, per cleaning.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to already-confirmed bookings.

Payment terms are described in the service agreement provided at the time of booking. We do not store payment card information on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled plan customers (Monthly and Quarterly) may cancel their recurring service with notice. Specific cancellation terms are described in the service agreement provided at the time of enrollment.

One-time service appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a short-notice cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a new time.

Service Delivery

We will arrive within the scheduled service window. On occasion, circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, scheduling conflicts) may cause delays. If we cannot keep your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.

We ask that someone be present at the service address during the first visit so we can explain the service. After the first visit, we can often work around your schedule, let us know your availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that bins are accessible at the scheduled time (lid closed, bin accessible, not blocked by a vehicle or other obstruction). If we cannot access the bin due to an obstruction, we may need to reschedule and a short-notice fee may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Clean Muscle Bins LLC is not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or normal wear and tear on bins or containers
• Damage resulting from bin contents, including hazardous materials placed in bins by the customer or third parties
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service delays, missed appointments, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, or acts of third parties)
• Service outcomes related to odor or pest issues caused by factors outside our control, including bin usage patterns, environmental conditions, or bin age

Our total liability for any single service appointment is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking our service, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the property at the service address
• You will ensure bins are accessible at the time of service
• You will not place hazardous, restricted, or dangerous materials in the bin to be cleaned
• You understand and accept the limitation of liability described above

Scheduled Plans (Monthly and Quarterly)

When you enroll in a Monthly or Quarterly plan:

• Service will be performed on the agreed schedule until cancelled
• Billing occurs on the cycle described in your service agreement
• Plans can be cancelled with advance notice (terms described in your service agreement)
• If your service address changes, contact us to discuss service area coverage and plan transfer options
• We reserve the right to discontinue service to an address if we are unable to service it safely or access it reliably

Property and Damage

Our team takes reasonable care during service. We are not responsible for damage to bins caused by pre-existing rust, deterioration, or structural weakness. If you have concerns about bin condition, let us know before service.

We are not responsible for damage to property surrounding the bin area (driveways, landscaping, fencing, etc.) unless caused by our gross negligence.

Reviews and Testimonials

If we ask you to share feedback or a review of our service, your participation is voluntary. We will not share your personal information alongside any public review without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

The Clean Muscle Bins name, logo, website content, and service descriptions are the property of Clean Muscle Bins LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without written permission.

Website Use

This website is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable law or these terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site if misuse is detected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved under Kansas law, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Kansas courts.
